The San Pedro Men’s Club is an active ministry of fellowship and service to the church. Throughout the year, the Club contributes funds, time and talent to the following activities: Art Under the Oaks in January (food, marking of locations, and parking), Nautical Flea Market (booth for re-sale of donated marine supplies), Corned Beef Dinner ( March for St. Patrick’s Day), Co-Sponsor of Easter Egg Hunt and San Pedro HS Senior Scholarship and Pancake Breakfast for Palm Sunday.
Many hands-on projects for the maintenance of the physical property of the church are managed and handled through the Men’s Club. New paving in the front circle of the Church, funding and talent for the building of new Sacristy, cutting the grass, patching leaks in the roof, physical labor for the installation of the Rosary Garden, changing light bulbs at elevations, purchasing and installing the coffee maker in the Hall, being on-call for Hurricane Shutter duty, and many more behind-the-scenes deeds are just part of what we do.
While the Men’s Club is made of a core group of very experienced, hardworking volunteers, additional volunteers and seasonal parishioners are warmly welcomed. No skill will go unused.
Regular meetings are held October – May on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 in Williams Hall.
